As a service to consumers seeking a health care provider, Clear Lake Regional Medical Center is providing an on-line Directory which consumers may utilize to identify and contact physicians affiliated with the hospital. All information contained in this Directory is provided by the physicians, and therefore should not be considered to be an endorsement by Clear Lake Regional Medical Center of any health care provider or the services rendered by the health care provider.
Although Clear Lake Regional Medical Center undertakes reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of information contained in the Directory, the information provided by physicians is not guaranteed and no responsibility is assumed by Clear Lake Regional Medical Center for errors or omissions. Further, in no event shall Clear Lake Regional Medical Center be liable for any decision made or action taken by consumers in reliance on such information.
